Chairman Jin is one of the most influential leaders in the venture capital industry in China. Chairman Jin is the head of Shenzhen Capital Group (SZVC). He’s also held positions such as: Shenzhen Municipal CPPCC Member, President of the China Venture Capital Investment Association, President of Shenzhen Private Equity Association, Honorary President and Chief Investment Advisor of the Chaozhou-Shenzhen General Chamber of Commerce, Honorary President of the Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce and Investment, designated Expert of the Ministry of Science and Technology’s and Economic Committee, mentor of the China Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme, designated Expert of the Shenzhen Municipal Science and Technology Committee, member of the Small-to-Medium Size Enterprise (SME) Development Commission of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Adjunct Professor of Peking University, Zhongshan University, and Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Chairman Jin has 30 years of corporate management, investment finance, and capital market experience. He was delegated by the Chinese government to take advanced training in finance and investment at Morgan Stanley headquarters in New York.

Chairman Jin has an extensive list of honors and awards. In 2009 he was listed as one of CCTV’s (the nation’s) Top Ten Economic Figures. For the 30th Anniversary of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone he was recognized as Industry Leader with significant contribution, from 2008-2011 Chairman Jin was listed as a Top Ten Most Influential Business Leader in Shenzhen，2011 - 2012 the central government’s National Development & Reform Commission (NDRC) recognized him as an Outstanding Venture Capitalist, in December 2009 he was on the cover of Forbes magazine (China) and designated the Best VC in China, in 2007 he was a Guangdong Province Outstanding Entrepreneur, and finally Chairman Jin is recognized as one of the top VCs in China since 2007 by China’s PEdaily, China Venture (magazine), the "Securities Times," "Shanghai Securities News," Zero2IPO, etc.
